We have been in the plastic recycling industry for a long history. Thanks for our customers support and trust. With customers trust we have been keeping researching and improving all the way.
Absorbing the international advanced technology and self innovation and creativity, we made a great improvement in the recycling industry. Below is some ideas:
1.Improvement on the painting and machine design. The solid structure of our machine is much more stronger and stable to ensure the whole machine run safely and reliable. The steel used has been strengthened.
2.New design on the screw. According to the raw material processing, the screw design is different. Like the PP and PET material, the screw design is different.
3.The blades we used in the pelletizing machine has improved a lot. The new type pelletizing blades are easy to maintain and long time usage. Tested in our factory many times and feedback from our customers is good.
4.The die mould for PP woven bags and yarn has been improved and redesigned. From the long time experiments and testing and feedback from our customers, the new design PP die mould is nice and the material comes out smooth and evenly.
