PET bottles washing line we accumulated much experience from the actual project for our customers from all over the world.
In India and homeland we have designed the complete lines for customers recycling the PET bottles. According to customers requirement, we can add or remove some specific machines to reach the target.
Features equipment:
New type bale opener
Newly design PET bottles bales opener. Four shaft effectively open the bales and convey the separated bottles into the next machines.
Label remover
Effectively remove the labels on the pressed bottles 99% and labels on the round bottles 90%.
The labels will be collected into a bags. If the labels are too much, we will design a new tank to conveying and store the labels.
High efficient wet Crusher for PET bottles
The wet crusher fo the PET bottles are special designed. It is with a special structure and degree of blades, the bottles will be efficiently crushed. The blades material is D2 material, long time service.
Hot washing system for PET
With the hot washing, it can remove the glues and oil efficiently. The hot washing tank with a stirring rod in the middel will be heated by steams to 70-90 celcius. Through the friction washing with hot water, the glues and sitckers will be cleaned.
Dewatering machine for PET
It can remove water and sand to reach moisture 1%. The speed could reach 2000rpm, it can dehydrate efficiently. The blades are repaceable and easy maintain.
Bottle flakes labels separator
Effectively remove the crushed labels mixed in the bottles flakes. Zig Zag type labels revomer, high efficient.

The HDPE bottles comes from detergent bottles, milk bottles, PP basket, PP container, post-industrial bucket, chemical bottle etc in bales.Our washing line is complete with the bale opener, magnetic separator, prewasher, crusher, friction washing and floating tank and hot washing, label separator, color sorter and electric cabinet.

This whole production line is used to crush, wash, dewater and dry PP/PE film, PP woven bags which comes from post consumer or post industrial. The raw material can be the waste agriculture films, waste packing films, the sand content 5-80%.
PULier washing line features in the simple structure, easy operation, good performance, high capacity and low consumption etc. It will save much energy and labour.
After the raw materials washed well and dry well, it will get into the pelletizing line. The pelletizing line will process and pelletize the raw material to make it the nice plastic pellets for the next production. Either the material will be sold or to make the new films or bags.
The main washing machines features:
Preshredder
The machine is designed for the open the bale. It will reduce the down stream working by loose the raw materials. It adopts wear-resistance design for long service life.
Wet crusher for PE films
The crusher is designed for crushing the flexible films, like the PP PE films, and PP woven bags.
The structure of rotor and blades are worked well on the all kinds of films and bags.
Horizontal Friction Washing
It is designed to effectively remove the sand and label stick on the films. It will add water to wash.The rotation speed is about 960RPM.Rotation speed reaches 600mm for 1000kg per hour.
High speed friction washing
It is designed to remove the sand the labels stick on the films. Will add water to wash.
Floating tank
It will float the raw material. And according to raw material situation, we may add the pneumatic valve to discharge the waste and sand.
Plastic dewatering machine
The dewatering machine removes dirty water, soil, and pulp after provious floating washing tank, so as to ensure the water in the subsequent washing tank is clean thus improve the cleaning performance.
The speed of the dewatering machine is 2000rpm running smoothly and low noise.
Plastic squeezer dryer
It will be used in the raw material drying in the washing system. Effectively remove the water and keep the moisture within 5%. Will largely improve the quality of the next plastic pelletizing processing.
